The company is engaged in the manufacture and sale of polyethylene tubes and accessories. The company was incorporated in July of 1995 and has its registered head office located in Mostoles, Spain. It provides a wide range of products, including pipe systems for tap water, cooling, and underfloor heating. The company offers sewer systems, ventilation systems, waste-water treatment and disposal systems, and piping systems. It also provides multi-purpose plumbing and fire sprinkler systems for one- and two-family homes; ice and snow melting systems for streets, sidewalks, and driveways; and soil and turf conditioning systems for sports fields. In addition, the company sold its products to wholesale distributors who, in turn, resell them to installers and builders. It operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of Uponor Beteiligungs GmbH, a German company.
